“How do I place an order?”
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply enter the desired quantity and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. You may edit quantities at the ‘go to checkout’ section by entering a desired number and hitting the ‘update’ button. To remove an item, simply click on the ‘remove’ button or the ‘empty cart’ button. Once complete, please hit the ‘go to checkout’ button.

“Is it safe shopping online?”
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server at standard encryption rates. And we will not release any of this information to any third party. Ever. We want your experiences at raizana.com to be safe and secure and we are fully committed to this goal. Using your credit card to place an online order with raizana.com is far safer than using your credit card in a store or over the phone. This is true for several reasons both technical and practical, but most notably because your credit card number is never seen by anyone at raizana.com, as is potentially the case in a busy store or phone-sales line. Instead, your credit card information is entered at PayPal’s gateway and is not shared with us. “What are your payment options?”
Through PayPal we happily accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express symbol on it, you can also pay through PayPal directly with your bank account.

“Is there any sales tax?”
There is no sales tax on tea. Teaware items are subject to 8.25% sales tax for the residents of California only, as we ship from California.

“What are your shipping rates and return policy?”
RAIZANA is committed to freshness and superb quality. Therefore, we ship our tea and other items within 24-48 hours after an order is placed. We do not guarantee same day shipping, but will ship orders if fresh stock is available. We will notify you if there are any delays due to out of stock items as soon as we receive your order. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

“Do you ship to internationally?”
Yes. However, we ship to a limited number of countries at this time. “I don’t like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by check/money order?”
Ordering online at Raizana is totally safe, as we use state-of-the-art encryption and charge handling methods. Your credit card number, for example, is never seen by anyone. However, if you feel more comfortable ordering via telephone, contact one of our knowledgeable and friendly staff and they will be more than happy to help you. Currently we do not accept checks or money orders for purchases at Raizana.
