To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply enter the desired quantity and click on the ‘add to cart’ button. You may edit quantities at the ‘go to checkout’ section by entering a desired number and hitting the ‘update’ button. To remove an item, simply click on the ‘remove’ button or the ’empty cart’ button. Once complete, please hit the ‘go to checkout’ button.

After entering billing and shipping information press the “Make Purchase” button above to go to a secure Paypal or Google Checkout payment gateway to complete your purchase.

We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through Inspire Commerce secure servers and through Paypal, and we will not release any of this information to any third party. Ever. We want your shopping experience at to be safe and secure and we are fully committed to this goal.

Using your credit card to place an online order with is far safer than using your credit card in a store or over the phone. Your credit card number is never seen by anyone at Instead, your credit card information is entered at the Inspire Commerce or PayPal gateway and is not shared with us.

Through PayPal and Goole Checkout we happily accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express symbol on it.

“Is there any sales tax?”

Tea is not taxed, however tea ware items may be subject to sales tax depending on your place of residence.

RAIZANA is committed to freshness and superb quality. Therefore, we ship our tea and other items within 24-48 hours after an order is placed. We do not guarantee same day shipping, but will ship orders if fresh stock is available. We will notify you if there are any delays due to out of stock items as soon as we receive your order. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.


In order to make your shopping experience as seamless and positive as possible, we offer two simple shipping rates: $2.00 U.S. Shipping (3-5 days) on any order and $5.95 U.S. Priority Shipping (2-3 days) on any order, and FREE U.S. Priority Shipping on orders $50+. Free shipping promotions are limited to the Continental 48 US States.

If you feel more comfortable ordering via telephone, call toll-free 877-832-2596 and one of our knowledgeable and friendly staff and they will be more than happy to help you.  Ordering online at Raizana is totally safe as we use state-of-the-art encryption and charge handling methods. Your credit card number, for example, is never seen by anyone.
